Xtreme Street Racing is a local Dallas, TX racing group who shares its racing videos, user videos and pictures for the public to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing does not condone nor support illegal street racing, but simply shares its videos and other users videos that we record under contract for other's to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing was founded July 29, 2005 by Brandon Cottrell. Xtreme Street Racing staff supports Xtreme Street racing in helping to provide a great looking site for others to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing understands that street racing is illegal and will not withhold evidence and will turn over to the authorities what is necessary if told to do so. Xtreme Street Racing is not responsible for the videos/images uploaded to the XSR server, We do not allow porno, or racists videos and or pictures. Anything of that nature will be deleted or taking care of through legal action. By uploading your files here you will be agreeing with XtremeSR's Term Of Service. XtremeSR's image/video host reserves the right to remove images/videos from our server if they are found to be illegal, or not appropriate to XSR and the public, introduces security issues, uses too much bandwidth, or for any other reason as we see fit. This service is provided free of charge and is not expected to be used to host images/videos for large-scale web sites, if we find out video/images are being hosted somewhere else and using too much bandwidth, the video/image will be deleted, when you upload your videos its not intended to be used for other large-scale Website. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed. We do not allow uploading of adult content. This would include pictures/videos containing nudity and sexual situations. We also do not allow pictures/videos that depict illegal activities or subjects other then street racing that you will be reasonable for. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using our service. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be illegal. XtremeSR image/video hosts retains the copyright to our content on this site only. All uploaded files are copyrighted by their respective owners and Xtreme Street Racing is not responsible that file.

::PFS ( Personal File Space )::

Xtreme Street Racing proudly gives users who earned PFS space on XSR. The right to have space is to upload files for viewing on XSR ONLY! Files on our PFS will be closely monitored, files being redirected to other sites will be deleted, and PFS rights will be taking away. PFS files are for XSR use only ex: Signatures, Forum images, Avatars, Thumbnails, Tutorials, page submission images and more. The logs are viewed randomly so make sure if you have an image you want to share with others use another Website like imageshack. We Reserve the right to view, monitor, delete, and move all files uploaded by PFS to XSR. This is to prevent any racist, porn, illegal, or any other files that should not be added off our servers so that we know and any one else that we are not the host of anything that we are not trying to be apart of.

None of these videos are taken without consent, everyone in these videos know what they are getting themselves into and XtremeSR takes no liability in others who signs under contract of the videos they want recorded. We take pride in our videos and ensures everyone safety. All videos by XSR are the sole liability of XSR except those made for others. We make videos for others and we are not responsible for their activities in their videos. What they do is their own fault. Xtreme Street Racing is not libel for any damages, law suits, injuries, legal fees, deaths or anything else that occurs to you or any other person during the taping of your videos, anything and everything you do is your own fault and you are responsible for the actions you do for/on video. Xtreme Street Racing does not make anyone do anything they do not want to do. Xtreme Street Racing will only record things that are not intentional or that harms anyone and puts them in a bad situation, while the person is willing to put themselves in that situation. Any legal action taking on Xtreme Street Racing, will and use our right to use the videos/pictures recorded and taken by Xtreme Street Racing in court for evidence or any other legal actions, Xtreme Street Racing will not withhold evidence and will turn over to the authorities what is necessary. Any equipment, gear, safety equipment, parts, modifications that are not worn or used properly is highly suggested to be used properly or worn by Xtreme Street Racing for your safety and for the safety of others. Contracts will be given to those who want videos on the day of shooting.

::Modeling::

XSR's model will have the choice upon photo shooting to have the full knowledge/rights of saying what they do and do not like. Models will be viewed by the public on XSR's website with a gallery of pictures taken for website use for Xtreme Street Racing. All pictures will be copyrighted under the name Xtreme Street Racing and under the name of our model agreeing with this Terms of Service. Any pictures taken will be carefully chosen to be apart of XSR's website and under any of its affiliates. Under this Terms of Service you will still be able to do other modeling jobs and there for not restricted to do other jobs if given otherwise. Photos taken and edited by Xtreme Street Racing and put on Xtremesr.com or its affiliates if chosen, will be used for backgrounds, logos, advertisements and other images/videos used on our Xtreme Street Racing. The content took by Xtreme Street Racing is protected by intellectual property laws. All material is saved and copyrighted on the domain as use of Xtreme Street Racing. Being a model, all set pre-pictures taken from XSR staff will not be shown or shared other then via Xtremesr.com and or its affiliates. Pre-pictures are only shared to modeling staff for further processing review to be put in our gallery. Pictures that are taken is XSR property and therefore still has rights to any pictures taken thereof.

- RESPONSIBILITIES

As a model you will be chosen to wear certain clothes given to you for a certain photo shoot, all clothes will have XSR brand on them. The types of clothing can range from but not limited to, Hip huggers underwear / boy shorts, Bikini underwear, high heals or sneakers, tight blue or black jeans, tight none loose t-shirts for the fashion that Xtreme Street Racing is trying to withhold. Maintaining your body appearance for photo shoots is required. As of that keeping your self well groomed and clean for every photo shoots for example keeping your hair clean and nicely cut and wear any makeup that you have. Times will be flexible and up to you to make scheduled shoots. Pictures taken will be full body, waist up, shoulder up and this can include back shots meaning full back body shots, waist up from back, and shoulder up from back. It will be up to you to pose in a way your comfortable.
