Xtreme Street Racing is a communal viewing Website for racing videos, and other types of videos for the public to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing does not condone nor support illegal street racing, but simply shares its videos for others to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing was founded July 29, 2005 by Brandon Cottrell. Xtreme Street Racing staff supports Xtreme Street racing in aiding to assign a great looking site for others to enjoy. Xtreme Street Racing® understands that street racing is illegal and will not retain evidence and will turn over to the authorities what is necessary if told to do so. Xtreme Street Racing® understands their right to inform and hold back what is legally theirs. ::Uploading:: XSR ( Xtreme Street Racing ) is not responsible for the videos/images uploaded to the XSR server, We do not allow Porno, or Racists videos and or pictures. Anything of that character will be deleted or taking care of through legal action. By uploading your files here you will be agreeing with XtremeSR's Term Of Service. XtremeSR's image/video host reserves the right to remove images/videos from our server if they are found to be illegal, or not appropate to XSR and the public, introduces security issues, uses too much bandwidth, or for any other reason as we see fit. This service is provided free of charge and is not expected to be used to host images/videos for large-scale web sites, if we find out video/images are being hosted somewhere else and using too much bandwidth, the video/image will be deleted, when you upload your videos it's not intended to be used for other large-scale Website. Files consuming too much bandwidth on a regular basis will be removed. We do not allow uploading of adult content. This would include pictures/videos containing nudity and sexual situations. We also do not allow pictures/videos that depict illegal activates or subjects other then street racing. Those who upload illegal files will be blocked (by IP address) from using our service. Legal authorities may be contacted if the subject of the file is found to be illegal. XtremeSR image/video hosts retains the copyright to our content on this site only. All uploaded files are copyright by their respective owners. Images/videos uploaded to XtremeSR imagehost will remain private. When you upload a file, it will take up about one or two days for the admins of XSR to put the video in its final place for it to be made into a page for viewing and downloading on XSR pages. These links are a private link, and only able to download through XSR pages created for that file. ::PFS ( Personal File Space ):: XSR ( Xtreme Street Racing ) assuredly gives users who achieved PFS on XSR. The authority to adhere space is to upload files for viewing on XSR ONLY! Files on our PFS will be closely monitored, any files that we acquire being redirected to other sites the file that is being used will be deleted, and your PFS rights will be taken away. PFS files are for XSR use only EX: "Signatures, Forum images, Avatars, Thumbnails, Tutorials, page submission images and more". Although it is hard to catch this if your image is getting just ten hits our stats will have it logged. The logs are viewed randomly so make sure if you have an image you want to share with others use another Website like imageshack. ::Use of personal information:: We may use Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make efforts so that your data will not be provided to other users or anyone else unless... ::Editing or deleting your account or personal information:: We provide you with the ability to edit the information in your user account information that you provided to us upon registration by using your personal page configuration area. You may request deletion of your user account by contacting XSR Staff and/or Team members or email XSR at xtremesr@xtremesr.com. Content or other data that you may have provided to us and that is not contained within your user account, such as posts that may appear within our forums, may remain on our site at our discretions even though your user account is deleted. We may edit your files, user info, and anything else if needed and or not meeting our standards of bad language and other issues in that nature. ::NO GUARANTEES:: While this Terms Of Service states our demands for maintenance of personal information, user accounts and more, we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of personal information, accounts modified or any other major issues we may have. In this case we have no control over anything that goes beyond our control in that factor. Although we will try to be as safe as we can to make sure your personal information and anything else is not shared to anyone unless you or anyone else is to blame "WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THING BEING LOST, STOLEN, AND TAMPERED WITH".
